My wife and I decided to re-carpet our master bedroom and the entire downstairs. With no prior experience with Issis & Sons Carpet we ambled into their Greystone showroom where we were met by the manager, Gary Irvine. With patience and professional guidance he led us to choosing a great carpet for each setting. Within a few days the carpets were installed by Pedro Ramos who with his associate did a tremendous job moving and replacing alot of furniture while doing an impeccable job in the actual installation. We are very happy we chose Issis & Sons. David Gettinger

I don’t usually do reviews, good or bad, but, I will do a review this time. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Stephanie from Issis and Sons, in Pelham. She was so patient with me as we tried to get a new kitchen floor. She found the hardwood floors we had purchased 20 years ago from Issis and Sons. The new kitchen floor had to blend in with the hardwoods. I took home several Samples and they were all too grey. She continued to search until we found an LVT that blended well with my new kitchen cabinets and blended equally as well with my hardwood which can be seen from the kitchen. I know she is a busy lady, but, she was not pushy, and I felt she was really concerned about me and not just wanting a sale! The installers named Mike and Anthony were also very professional and did a great job with the installation. They even told us about a leak with our washing machine connection, which we were grateful for and did get repaired. The floor looks amazing!!!! The floor looks like real stone, but, it’s not. We are so thankful for the excellent service we received from Issis and Sons! You get an idea what the floor looks like in the picture, but, it’s even prettier in person! I, also will say, about one year ago, we installed LVP in our den and Stephanie helped us with that. It looks fabulous too!! Those installers were also very nice and professional! Thank you so much!!
